F.A.Q. Rent-A-Stand
What is included in a Rent-A-Stand package?
Our packages can include modular wall structures, printed fabric graphics or optional backlit Light Boxes, furniture, flooring, and installation and dismantling. The exact specification depends on the package you choose.
Do you provide the graphic design and printing?
We can help you prepare your stand graphics and supply the printed fabric or backlit graphics required for your project. We’ll provide the relevant artwork specifications and advise you on preparing your files for production.
Can I customise a modular stand?
Yes. You can choose different graphic finishes, lighting options, furniture, flooring and accessories, depending on the package and available space. If you need more substantial custom elements, our Hybrid Stand solutions may be a better fit.
Do you install stands outside Lyon?
Yes. We deliver exhibition stand projects throughout the Lyon region and across France, subject to the project’s location and logistical requirements. Additional transport charges may apply.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend contacting us as early as possible, particularly for major exhibitions and busy exhibition periods. This gives us time to confirm your requirements, prepare the graphics and coordinate production and installation.
