Book now, cancel without penalty!
In these strange times, we still have to expect everything to return to “normal”. We still have to plan upcoming exhibitions, design exhibition stands, submit everything to the organizers, etc. etc. But we don’t know which shows will continue, which will be postponed or canceled.
We design your booth, plan production, take care of the paperwork as usual but you only pay when we know the show is going to be held. 50% deposit 4 weeks before the show, 30% 1 week before the show and the remaining 20% when the show opens *.
How does this work?
So the whole process will go as usual, the only thing is that you can freely cancel before the first deposit (4 weeks before the show opens). And as we’ve seen lately, almost all shows are canceled more than 4 weeks before the opening date. So there is virtually no financial risk to start planning your exhibit booth and making sure your production location is secure.
