Creating a Memorable Presence for KCC at MAPIC

The centerpiece of the design is a 3.5m x 2m LED wall, which will serve as a dynamic focal point. With its high-definition visuals, this wall will bring KCC’s projects to life, offering a vivid display of their expertise and vision for the future. Whether through video content or live updates, it’s a great way to engage visitors and ensure KCC stands out on the busy exhibition floor.
To complement the LED wall, we’ve included an interactive kiosk. This allows visitors to explore KCC’s portfolio in more detail, offering a hands-on experience with multimedia presentations and the option to leave contact information for follow-up. The kiosk is designed to create a more personalized and engaging interaction with attendees.
The layout of the stand is open and inviting, encouraging people to pause, explore, and engage. Comfortable meeting areas provide spaces for conversation, while subtle branding elements tie everything together in a cohesive and professional way.
This project highlights our long-standing partnership with KCC. Over the years, we’ve come to understand their values and the importance of making an impact in a competitive environment like MAPIC. At FIP 2024 in Lyon, we had the privilege of showcasing our expertise in exhibition stand design and construction by building three distinct stands for our valued clients. Geshang Plastic Mold – 20 Square Meters

HT Cooling – 21 Square Meters
HT Cooling, a leader in cooling solutions, required a stand that exuded professionalism and technological advancement. For their 21-square-meter space, we designed a layout that balanced aesthetics and functionality. Reach reached out for Chefs World Summit

Short before the start of the Chefs World Summit in Monaco, Reach Food Service contacted us to assist with a 18sqm and 9sqm stand. 3 weeks before the start of the Show we where contacted if we could assist with the simple set-up of some light boxes the client had for an exhibition in Monaco. After ample conversations we agreed to build a back wall with a custom fascia for the 18sqm stand and a back wall for the 9sqm stand and place the light boxes form the client in front of these back walls. We also arranged all furniture including 2 large seafood displays with crushed ice and received all client materials and installed them on the stand.

MCA Live – 14sqm corner Stand for JM BioTech

At MCA Live in Monaco we have built a 24sqm stand for JM BioTech. Well positioned at the entrance of the exhibition, JM BioTech had a bit of an odd corner stand with and angled edge. We installed a 6m back wall and a 3m sidewall covered in fabric, 2 showcases and a desk, a seating area for 4 people and a treatment chair. To showcase the product we installed a 65" TV on the back wall looping JM BioTech's promotional video.

76sqm Stand for SEPC at MIPCOM

For the SEPC (INDIA) we built the 76 sqm INDIA Pavilion at MIPCOM in Cannes. The Indian Service Export Promotion Council of India opened an India Pavilion at Mipcom of 76sqm with 3 shell scheme booths of 9sqm each for Indian companies to exhibit and a 49 main stand with severe seating areas to promote India's rich potential if TV productions. We delivered 3 blank 9sqm shell booths with lightning and furniture which where decorated by the exhibiting companies and the main 49sqm stand including all graphics, furniture etc.

DocuBay & EPIC TV at MIPCOM

After building a 18sqm stand for DocuBay/EPIC TV at MIPTV we built the same stand at MIPCOM in Cannes . This 18sqm stand is divided in 2 while ensuring it looks like one stand. subtile red dividers mark the border between the 2 companies while both side walls have a dedicated graphic. On the back wall both companies have their logo and a 65" screen to showcase their company. As you can see there is unity on the stand while both companies are highlighted.

SOMNO Medics at Sleep and Breathing Marseille

This year at Sleep and Breathing in Marseille we have built a 12sqm stand for SOMNO Medics. Because the appointed space was a bit dark we opted for using a large lightbox for the storage wall facing the exhibition area and a smaller lightbox in the reception desk. As the stand was a corner stand we created a structure holding the stand and at the same time clearly set the outlines of the stand. As the stand was only 2 metres deep, we used transparent furniture to keep it as spacious as possible.

2 stands at ILTM

International Luxury Travel Market
ILTM 3-6 December 2018 - PALAIS DES FESTIVALS, CANNES, FRANCE.
We where happy to build 2 stands this year on ILTM in Cannes. One for a returning customer, wanting the exact same stand as last year and a new client already exhibiting on ILTM Asia and wanting to have a copy of that stand here in Cannes.
The stand for Scenic Cruises was a 3x3 in wood colour and black with transparent furniture not to block the stand. The White VIlla's stand was a copy of last year only the dimensions changed to 2,50 x 3,60.
As you can see, both clients have a completely different look.
